      I am wondering about deca. I know you hold water with it. I know you make quality muscle with it. How do you keep the water gain down?

      I don't get much water retention with deca if I do I just get a herbal water pill like dandielion root.

      At my age deca is becoming the fountain of youth. I don't get much of any water gain. If your using caber or prami you should be good to go. It's not completely dry gains by any means but it's nothing like heavy estrogenic AAS. For me progesterone is easily managed for 16 weeks...when I push it (which I always do!) I get dick issues but they correct fast.

      Cardio and diet. Plus you can make decent gains with low doses in my opinion.

      I agree with Gusto, when i ran dbol i had zero water issues. Its all about diet and keeping salt to a low.

      Im also wondering about deca because i just got some in the other day. Freakin test and eq is the best mix ive done so far..

      I don't remember fuzo holding any water weight with deca. I do remember a very ripped Fuzo when he took deca. Might want to hang on to the ed meds though,lol

      pin it more frequently for less water...this is how i do my longer estered test too...i pin m/w/f and the water from test e and c is about the same as prop for me...so with deca i do the same and it is like npp to me then

      also to the guys saying watch your sodium, i actually add quite a bit of sodium to my foods...it's all about what your body requires...i feel with more sodium i actually hold less water...but when i reduce my sodium i hold more water and am much more flat looking

      Irish, my body is the complete opposite. ive really tested this on this current cycle i actually really enjoy cutting out most salt. i enjoy eating less salty foods so much more even though eating alot of salt has become so easy and common now in the US.

      This is true irish. The body does need sodium and the same with when the body doesn't get enough water/hydration then it olds on to it hence why people then feel bloated. Now go drink some pickle juice

      Overall Deca with test is prob. my favorite honestly. I feel good, lowest sides for me compared to tren or enough eq to work well. Like every body said diet and a ai you shouldnt have much water issues.
