TweetCreatine and protein powders should be good to use. it's best to read the label because I know a lot of NOS energy drinks are probably not suitable for minors .
TweetI need some help with what supps my wife's son can take. I DO NOT WANT AAS. but something safe for him to take for football season that wont mess him up.
I was thinking about creatine. maybe some test boosters or something...
what do you guess think?
I posted this here bc there is more traffic

TweetTeach him how to eat to build. I wish i knew that at 15. A good quality gainer after work outs and protein before bed he should put some weight on forsure..i would add things as he progresses. Hes still really young
TweetI have a nephew the same age that was inquiring to me and I said no creatine and at the least maybe some whey protein . I agree with guage on this about eating weight

Tweetthanks baby...
I have already been teaching him about eating and eating every 2 hrs or so...
I think he needs more protein intake....
TweetI say more food and some protein since its almost food anyway. If he hits another wall then maybe creatine.
TweetI just wanted to add that with proper nutrition and hard training he should make really good progress . I can remember when I first took up weight training at 19 years old I made very little progress because of lack of proper training and diet . I was finally able to put on 20-25 pounds of lean muscle in my late 20's just from eating up to 6 times a day , 3 whole meals and 3 protein shakes and Creatine that worked wonders for me . If he chooses to experiment with testosterone or steroids he should wait until at least 20 or 21 years old when he's an adult and fully grown .
TweetFood at that age.
TweetIMO, that is still too young to be adding this. At that age a young man still has plenty of testosterone. Of course it would depend on ones goals

That about sums it up. Someone else stated above about how to eat as well as when. If you get a solid diet and educate him on nutrition he will be miles ahead of the game at that age.
TweetFood food and more food. That and live in the gym and sleep. I would do nothing more besides protien like has been said. At 15 a freshman i was 160 graduated 210 and solid by just eating and i didn't even know how to eat.

Tweetfoodadrol and lots of it
Tweetthanks guys.. I have been working with him over the last few weeks about eating.. his diet was very bad eating maybe 2-3 times a day and the stuff he was eating was junk empty calories like roman noodles.. worthless food..
I let him share my protein shakes now.. its tough for him to take anything to school like protein shakes bc of the milk.. he likes tuna so I told him to take that and eat It after football workouts..
he brought up creatine to me bc one of his buddies takes it.. but I don't think he should take that til maybe summer times or when next season starts..he cant buy anything which is nice bc he doesn't have any money so if anybody buys him anything it will be me and I am not going to buy him stuff that will mess him up..
and for the record he doesn't know I take test or any aas and I will NOT give him or get him any until he is older and I know he is serious about working out..
if he works out from now til he is 22 or so and he wants some I will hook him up bc that means he has been working out for 7yrs or so. some may not agree with me on this but if I get it for him I know what he is getting and who he is getting it from and how much he is getting..
I think for the next 6 months I will work with him on his diet and food intake and maybe since its cool down here this time of year I will do some cardio with him at night. do some nightly jogging with him...I know I can push him with our cardio at night something he wouldn't do on his own..
