      It's quiet I have tv to myself. It's peaceful knowing I are one of the very few people that hear the quiet of the world. I think 4 am is the most quiet part of the day I get my meditation, cardio and all my thoughts for my day done before 80-% of the people in the world get up and no traffic. What is ur favorite part of the day fg people?

      I'm up most days by 3:am I love it. I have my coffee and I just relax until about 5 or 6 then train. Best time of the day. No one to bother me at this time, It's great.

      ^^ EXACTLY FUZO ^^ ... I hate hate HATE mornings .. I was more of a 5pm 6pm person .. Since I don't watch the t.v I always have my ipod with me so that wasn't a big deal to me. But at our gym the only people awake that early are the elderly and they always liked to sit on the machines and drink their coffee and talk which always got on my nerves.

      I'm a night owl and love to stay up as late as 3-30am and get up around 12-130pm . I often have to work morning hours and hate getting up early .

      I love when I wake up at 4 am and I think its 7 am. Then I look at the clock and see it is 4 am and I think "Cool, I can go back to sleep for 3 more hours!" lol...actually I do like early mornings when I go to bed at 9, but If I stay up until 1 am, I hate it
