the bad thing about using nolva is it blocks estro from attaching to the receptor as opposed to lowering estrogen. so it does in fact help stave off the gyno but if you levels are still elevated once you stop the nolva then the gyno will flare up once again. best bet and case to me would be to use aromisn with blood work to keep it in check. that way it will not cripple your lipids and still keep the estro in check. some may still need letro or dex but the downside to them is that they hammer the crap out of your lipids and should only be used if actually needed.
