      yea when i do shoulders it takes alot of pressure to get the oil in.. Doing lats seem like it would be really painful afterwards..

      Love the chest as well, I've always gone in sideways though may have to give that a shot. I have tried calf injections before, and every time I crippled for a week after you are a brave man.

      wew mtnman you pin the vastila medius head? no way in hell i would ever pin inner part of the quad or the tear drop. i have always stayed upper out quadrant on mine. their is a ton of stuff to hit the further inside you get not to mention the pain if it lumps up. i have a crazy high pain tolerance but no way haha
