TweetMy triceps were super painful at first, but now it is one of my favorite spots. Not to mention it adds a little girth in that area. I have a system down, mid way down the arm where the meat of the tricep is insert diagonally as if you were going into the tricep about an inch under the skin and should be golden there. I use 23 gauge these days, that might be part of the problem for you. I used to be able to get away with a 25 guage, but now the 23 guage flows better.
