TweetI think a lot of people are in your shoes boss. That's pretty much my story but I'm a bit younger No regrets yet though.

TweetI played around with anabolics for several years. I ended up stopping when I started having some health issues.
Now the question is are the health issues related to the use of the anabolics or something else?
I am permanently on TRT. I tried restarts and they didn't work. I also am on thyroid medicine. I also am on and rotate between low dosed prednisone and adrenal extracts for lack of adrenal hormones. Also I am on DHEA and stay on it.
When I used anabolics I never went super high dosages. I ran anti-es, PCT, and cycles were usually once a year for 8-16 weeks prior to going to the beach for that year.
I have no idea if my endocrine health issues are a cause of the anabolics or something else.
I also messed around with DNP and do regret that. How can putting something that toxic in your body and something that affects the mitochondria not possibly have long term side effects.\
I also played around with ephedrine and clen a fair amount. Ran ephedrine throughout college when I would work on leaning up. Stimulants are horrible for your adrenals and wonder if this contributed to my adrenal issues of today. Again I always took it properly and cycled on and off.
At the same time I know buddies who have done cycles and to this day have little to no side effects from them, so it is hard to say.
