TweetCool just checking. I have always ran it EOD. Just wanted to see what other people though. It's how I was told to run it on my very first cycle and I never switched it up.

TweetI take it everyday but I dont think you have to. Its just a habit of mine.
TweetPersonally if your not on a lot of harsh stuff I use it mon/fri...so twice a week.
A lot of times guys are running AI's for water weight estrogen sides (so they think) but to be honest everyone's protocol I've looked at that has only water weight supposed estrogen issues is usually going to have a root cause in SODIUM!
We all eat a lot of meat and let's be honest the American diet in itself is way overkill on sodium so with our added macronutrients we try to cram in usually sodium is the cause.
I know I'm the first to raise my hand that I fail at this and sometimes want to blame estrogen but if I honestly look it's always sodium.
TweetED here. I retain water in a stupid way. BP shoots through the roof. I don't add salt to anything and don't eat a whole lot of processed/boxed foods. The only sides I get are acne and water retention/BP issues.

TweetMy sodium instake is higher then id like it to be but its not not horrible i beleive its around 3500mg without any sauces. I wish it was lower but I cant afford to eat fresh chicken so I have to buy frozen and thats what gets me.
I also have some gyno that i have been battling. I finally got it to stop i just dont want it to flare up again.

TweetI retain water easy too. 95% of what i eat i cook myself and I dont use alot of sauces or salt. I get acne too and my good cholesterol gets low, thats all that ever gives me problems.
