Re: Ways to reduce pip?
A little pain comes with the territory. You are, after all, sticking a needle into a muscle. However, I understand your pain(literally) as it happens from time to time with me. I'll tell you some tricks I've tried:
1. Foam roller! Really has helped
2. Work out the muscle after you inject. If you do a quad, work legs that day or the next.
3. Rotate injection sites! Avoid scar tissue! Don't be worries about pinning a new muscle. If you have to, pin only a small amount to get the muscle used to it. Say you are doing two cc's of test and you are wanting to try the tricep. Only pin 1cc in the tri and another cc somewhere else.
5. Cut the one that gives you the worst pip with something else. Had some banging Sust 450 but the first time I pinned it.... Oooooo weeeeeee! Next time I cut it with deca.... Painless.
6. Don't shake the needle! And when I say this I mean if you got the clen shakes have someone else pin you. If the needle wobbles it will make the muscle more sore.
7. After injecting, leave the needle in for a minute. Make sure the oil stays in the muscle.
8. Slow and steady. Don't be in a rush to jam that oil into the muscle.
9. Use a smaller gauge needle.
10. Make sure you apply pressure and/or massage the muscle for a good while immediately after the injection.
Hope this helps brother. I'll try to think of some more, but hopefully your next shot will be painless.
