TweetI stayed on test. On my ingueniL hernia and on and just did seated upper body light weights for about 8 mths
Tweeti just surgery on my hernia and been waiting months to get it done. about a year ago i had to get should fix and that slowed my down to pretty much doing nothing. was getting back in shape i tried to pick something up that was heavy and get a damn hernia.
anyways i been taking trt for a little while just doing cardio and light lifting. do you guys think i should stay on the test while i'm not able to do much? or drop it until i'm ready to cycle?

TweetWhat test are you running, how many mg and how many days in between shots? I dont see why you couldnt stay on.
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
Tweeti been taking test c at 250mgs every 7 days
TweetI think you will be fine with that. I am new to trt and still learning so I will let some vets chime in on this but 250mg every 7 days should not be a problem in my opinion. Especially if you are doing light workouts from time to time.

TweetI would stay on if it were me. I take you blast/ cruise these days? If it were just a big cycle I think most guys would say come off and don't waste the gear, but if you're already running TRT I say stay on, good diet, and exercise where and when you can.
Tweetyeah i probably be able to do some cardio in a couple weeks. i just wanted to get all i can get out of my first cycle after being down for so long. i haven't ever used trt either i was really wondering if you still get goods results when you start cycling?
TweetThat's me been on year round for ten years just cruise from time to time
TweetTRT is simply what it means. Once you start you never stop it is a life time supplement. I don't know your age or why you are taking test but you used the term TRT so I am assuming you have low test so you are bumping it up to a desired level. If my assumption is correct you stay on your TRT protocol and run a blast when get back in the Gym. If you are younger and still produce enough Test step away from the needle and work on getting your our production going then run cycles.
The Best Thing About TRT Is The Cycle Never Ends.
TweetWell said my brother
TweetI agree with this depending on your age. If you start running "TRT" without actually needing it right now chances are you are going to force your hand in the future and you WILL end up needing it.

TweetGetting past the if you need it or not stuff (which is valid btw) for trt use.
My advise would be to stay on, it's now like taking a multi vitamin or any other supplement. It's not performance enhancing at this point. On trt your body will adjust to that being your level...if you stop suddenly you risk some serious system imbalances.
TweetMaybe you can find simple exercises you can do that dont put any strain on the hernia surgery. Maybe its too soon for any exertion, but Once you find some painless exercises, you can work your ass out hard on those. Like pullups for example. Maybe dips. If you can do those without pain, you can destroy your upper body on a pullup bar-in a good way of course. Stay on the test and find a way to train, even if it is only a couple exercises
TweetI've had 3 hernia repairs all uppers.(can feel it popped out again too) hear the lowers are a bit tuff today ive heard they don't even slit you down the bakini line its all microscopic and you heal in half the time.. stool softners and no comedys you'll bee alright. 2 3 weeks you'll be getting back to yourself.
Tweeti got a 3 and a half to 4 inch gash just below my bellybutton it looks like it going to leave a nasty scar.
