Benadryl never did anything for anxiety for me. I agree valium is better and safer then xanax.
But that is neither here nor there unless you have a script for it. If tren is really that bad as far as sides for you i recommend you weigh your options. Are the gains you getting worth the bad sides? For some the answer is hands down yes, for others its definitely no.

I believe the best thing for Smalls is to cut back and be aware of the sides for the next time he is on tren. From experience the next time he will be aware of what is going to happen and will be able to adapt. But I am willing to be wrong to be Right.
      Logic.

im gonna piggyback off of this thread a bit. only a week in on tren ace and im already sweating alot. the main thing for me is sleeping and i dont want to become dependent on medication to sleep since im a recovery addict anyways lol.

ambien is amazing stuff though. im doing 100mg eod and we'll see how it goes here for the next cpl of weeks i may back it down to 75.

i wonder what the minimum dose is to see good results?

About the anxiety.... Check into atarax (hydroxyzine). It's actually an antihistamine which also has been used to treat anxiety, tension, nervousness, and withdrawal symptoms. I use it on tren. Works great for me.

The gains I get on tren cycles tend to be quality gains that I retain for the most part.

100eod (or 50ed) is the lowest I would go. Excessive sweating and sleeplessness are all part of the game with tren. Ive noticed I've been able to control it somewhat by adjusting my test to tren ratio and carb intake. Its something to look into if the sides become to troublesome for you.

If I remember right DW you are on trt. If so, my experience is yes through proper diet you can keep most the gains. Your hair may be a different story lol!

Carbs while on Tren? Lower or higher Carbs have you found to be best. I am assuming Lower but you now about assumptions. LOL at the hair thing
