TweetDoes anyone else seem to respond better to lower doses of gear? My last cycle was a fairly big one for me. 900 test/wk, 525 NPP/ wk, 4 iu hgh/ day, 50- 100 proviron/ day, started with dbol 45/ day. Although I got big and strong I frequently felt like shit and had respiratory issues. Anyway I came off gear for a couple months but am now back on 400 test/ wk and 200 NPP/ wk. the goal was to feel good and strong but not look like I was juicing so much. Well my strength is shooting through the roof and I'm swelling up despite barely taking in 1 gm of protein per pound of body weight, knocking out good cardio daily and taking 25 Mgs aromasin/ day. Doesn't appear to be a lot of water retention just swelling up insanely in my chest arms and shoulders and my strength shooting through the roof. My strength after 2 weeks is already back to what it was on the bigger cycle and I feel like a million bucks.

TweetI respond poorly to big doses, seems like the lethargy drags me down so much I don't even want to train...the key is to find the sweet spot and it's sound like that's what you have done...glad your feeling better. Lower doses are definitely healthier for you, although I know guys that cruise on two grams of test per week...I don't think I would even get out of bed on two grams.

TweetAbsolutely. Gear I was using before was great I think I just may be prone to the lethargy sides and elevated hematocrit from a good dose of the 19 nor. Hgh was awesome but it fucked me up in terms of carpal tunnel. It's still lingering
TweetSome things make me tired. With Drol I put on so much weight so fast I feel like I could sit down any where and take a nap. Tren the breathing issues and of course lack of sleep get bad. Gh and peptides will make you sleepy for a while after you take them as well.
I like to start out low and bump it up as i go along, makes it easier not to get in over my head.

Tweeti've taken large dose cycles with all kinds of different compounds. i always have had bad experiences with mixing all kinds of shit that suppose to do this or that. when you have to start adding drugs outside of your hormones just to sleep or get to the gym or kill the anxiety its just not worth it to me! through trail and error i've found that just this works best for me:
35 mgs of d-bol for a kicker 3-5 weeks ed
750mgs of cyp for 10-12 weeks
300mgs of deca or npp at 400mgs for 10 weeks
40-60mgs of var for 8 weeks ed
i can gain or lose weight depending on my diet and goals with the compounds i just listed. i'm happy and strong i also sleep well with no anxiety and for you newbies reading this if you can't get size out of this amount of gear your not eating or doing enough squats or deadlifts.

if you haven't tried either i'd go with the d-bol around 25-30mgs a day max for 4-5 weeks with what ever else your planning to take.
to answer your question above no an anti-e isn't a must but i like to take some adex just to keep the water down along with the other benefits that come with it
