Tweetuntil you find the sweet spot your going to experience pip. ive tested reducing pip by injecting an hour or 2 prior to a hard leg workout, and so far it seems to help in reducing known pip.
TweetI wont use my legs I cant walk when I inject in the quads

TweetMy quads will get red and sore for several days after an injection. Just watch for a fever and put ice on it (anti inflammatory) and some ibuprofen. It should go away within the week. I only hit glutes now after a bad quad experience.....
TweetI'm the same way with quads. No matter what size pin or pharma grade or ugl or any compound, I get sore and limp around from quad injections. I stopped them years ago as well.
TweetVery well said. So many people are quick to blame gear for pip but there are so many other factors that the gear is actually rarely the cause of pip. You can experience pip from injecting water.
TweetIt's strange to me how it affects everyone so differently. Glutes are probably the worst place for me.
TweetI just wanted to let those know who chimed in the anti-biotic my doc gave me is working well for my quad. it was diagnosed as cellulitis and still not sure what caused it other then maybe there was still bacteria on my leg even after taking a shower . I'm thinking of washing the area I want to inject in for now with a bacterial hand soap that comes in a small bottle . I know the bar of soap most of us use that sits on a soap dish probably collects bacteria and maybe not the best to wash the area with before injecting .
TweetMake sure you use alcohol before injecting any spot every time. just a shower won't do it. Hell the towel you dry with even just clean from the drier could still have bacteria on it just. I always wash with anti bac soap and then wipe the area good with alcohol before every injection. Glad your feeling better

Tweet^ bingo swap the top of the vial with a swap and the injection site with another. also wait till the vial and injection area are dry before injecting
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!
TweetPinning quads is a nightmare. Always use the alcohol swabs like these fellas said above, you also want to wait a short period of time after applying the alcohol so that it can work to kill the surface bacteria before injecting.
TweetSame here bro I try. To avoid them if I can
TweetGlad to hear you went to the doc and got something for it. I have had issues with quad injections with winny suspension, that knots me up something awful. Love the quads for oil injects though super easy and smooth.
TweetEveryone seems to be different. For some reason, my left delt always gives me issues when I pin it. I stick to glutes and quads now.
