TweetCurrently cruising on TRT 200 a week. I was thinking of running sust at 300 twice a week with a little DECA for joint comfort.
Last year I ran 200 TRT, with an additional 300 test and 150 DECA a week and had good results. Managed to keep most of my gains, would like to get that intensity back and put some size back on.
Any advise would be appreciated.
