Tweetmy manager pointed out to me that tri-flex is somewhat lacking in MSM content. but not a really, its just not the optimal dosage. so best bet is to get a glucosamine/chondroitin and a MSM seperate. i forgot the dosage on the MSM???? 1500 for the glucosamine like i had told you, but MSM slipped my mind. i take triflex anyway.....i get enough MSM over time i am sure built up.
