This is one of the best posts I've read... I think the two points brought up about receptor downregulation being a myth and caloric intake for bulking and sustaining a weight level confirms a couple of my suspicions.
Before I started a cycle, I had bloodwork done and everything looked great. My cycle was broken up into a few stages:
Starting Weight: 165
Bodyfat: Somewhere around 15%
Week 1 - 25mg dbol
2 - 30mg dbol + 500mg Sustanon
3 - 25mg dbol + 500mg Sustanon (gained: 11lbs)
4 - 750mg Sustanon
5 - 500mg Sustanon
6 - 1000mg Sustanon (gained another: 8lbs)
7 - 30mg dbol
8 - 30mg dbol + 500mg Sustanon
9 - 30mg dbol + 500mg Test Enanthate
10 - 30mg dbol + 250mg Test Enanthate
11 - 30mg dbol + 500mg Test Enanthate
12 - 500mg Test Enanthate
13 - 500mg Test Enanthate (gained another: 6lbs)
End of Cycle
Starting Weight: 165
Gained: 25lbs
Finishing Weight: 190
Bodyfat: about 17%
Everyone noticed my gains. One of my old friends started calling me "Hulk." ... yet I know I'm still pretty slender and I want to do another cycle and shoot for 215 and then cut down to 200lbs.
Side effects: moonface for a couple weeks mid-cycle
puffy, slightly sensitive nipples for most of cycle
It has been exactly 2 weeks since my last shot, and based on what Rado has said, I'm debating whether to do PCT.
My moonface is gone, and my nipples are no longer sensitive and only -slightly- puffy. Other than having the flu, I feel great!
I guess the point of my post is that I fluctuated my AAS intake and changed esters without much rhyme or reason, yet still made great gains and had no side effects. I really think diet is crucial to making great gains vs. average gains.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
