      I took an oral the other day and the back pumps put me out of commission for a few days with my prior issues with my back. Should I just stop the orals?

      When I first started Var it did the same to me. You can either discontinue or work your way through it slowly. They go away after a week or two depending. Find exercises that do not stress your lower back muscle. You'd be surprised though to find out how many do.

      They go away eventually, but my first one almost crippled me and my second one was a full abdominal Charley horse. I yelled it hurt so bad. I could straighten up for a minute (seemed like an hour).

      I get them from working around the house and they kill me.. so I've stopped using dbol and drol bc of that don't get much of a back pump from var so I stick with that..

      mine was in my lower back they were killer...

      This another job for tuarine...take a couple grams a day...split the dose 2x a day. Should help lessen the painful end of the pumps.

      MORE WATER AND TAURINE!!! they sell huge caps of taurine i think 1000mg for cheap as shit. keep a coupkle of those on hand and up your water intake. I dont get backpumps from Dbol only if i dont drink enough. SD on the other hand after the first 4-5 days was back by week 3 i was dying. I upped my water intake and that hlped then i got tuarine and it made a huge difference. I take one cap in the am and another on later and keep some on me and when i feel pump i take another 1 or 2 and chug some water

      I take 6-9g depending on the day. More on Deadlift and Squat days! And lots of water, or chocolate milk, haha!
