TweetI am the allergy queen lately,lol. Sounds like a rise in your histamine level which can be cause by allergice reactions to something. You could be having a reaction to the oil in the test? Is the iron spp only iron or does it have anything else in it? Did you have your serum ferritrin level checked(indicator of iron in blood). Mine was way low and I do supplement with iron. Sometimes when you take iron, it needs to be taken a certain number of hours around other things.

Tweetthis is even weirder I did some cardio and a light workout its was enough to work up a good sweat. well my skin was feeling like the burning was easing up and I when I started to cool off it felt like I had icey hot on the stops that had sweat. could I be sweating out the shit load of black pepper I ate from the last 4 days?
its weird but my face is still burning but not as bad
