I was just going to say what guns say. Forget antacids as they will end up being counterproductive. Also, get a good probiotic. AAs and many other things can mess with gut bacteria. Make sure the probiotic contains acidopholis. This is the bacteria in the small intestine which tensd to get messed up and cause reflux. Also may want to try some digestive enzymes for awhile until the reflux subsides. Probiotic s have done wonders for my reflux. I also a eat a cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt (with a lil honey) before bed and that is helpful too.
