Since heavy meats do not sit well with you, then yes chicken, tuna, eggwhites, tilapia, salmon will help a lot.
I would probably try to enter the 4000-5000 caloric intake for you, include a good weight gainer in there.

If you don`t have time to eat 7-8 meals, a weight gainer will give you 1000 calories per serving, x 2 or 3, you have 2000 or 3000 calories.

Hit a good home made burger 2-3 times per week also.


so many many ideas out there, you basically have to try one or at least venture onto some new stuff.
