TweetI waited almost 2 years before I started when I went through that stuff, but I don't know what surgery you had mine were pretty serious ones.
Tweeti'm just coming off a surgery and a long break from the gym and gear. i'm 34 and the last test I took my test levels are on the low low side she said it was still normal and I asked what the numbers were and she was a totally ***** and didn't show me. anyways to get to the question I have been slowly getting back into working out and I don't heal worth a shit. so should I start a weekly dose of test and when i'm ready just cycle like normal or just wait til I can go all out before I start? I plan on trying out trt anyways.

TweetFirst that blood work you paid for. You have every right to obtain a copy for your records at home. Dont accept that BS. Just call the office and ask for a copy. You will be by to pick it up. I dont think they are permitted to mail or fax.
HRT is a beautiful thing. As simple as 200mg a week. One shot or 100mg on sat and 100mg on wed. Your test levels will go up to 1000 plus on a blood work panel. Then train and rehab the best you can.
Best of luck on the come back trail.

Tweetyeah that's what I was going to do man just getting some opinions. I don't heal well, tired and it's hard to cut fat!
it was crazy she looked at my panel and some of my numbers were off I assume from using adex and other gear she called me an alcoholic and we started going back forth and she walked out.
Tweetit was just shoulder surgery but I kept me down way longer than I expected!
TweetI also still have some pain in the back of my shoulder around where the lat meets the triceps. I was thinking about in injecting some ghrp or something like it in that area.
has anyone tried this with success?
Tweetthis all the way^^^^
I hope your journey back into working out goes well
TweetI like the idea of running at a minimum HRT/TRT....Some AAS compounds can be quite beneficial to healing! Take Nandrolone, for example...that is quite nice on the joints and whatnot...also, I take ghrp/cjc 1295 and it does wonders for my body lol....and some hgh as well....

Surgyries can take a good year to recover from. I had a hip surgery that took over 2. Doc said to give it 18 months to really know the outcome of the surgery. Glad you are better and take things at a slow pace

Tweetits been 11 months and i'm still being reminded everyday that I had surgery. i'm glad it's almost over
TweetI was thinking of taking 250mgs every 5 days or do ya'll think that's to much for trt? also should I be taking adex with it or anything like it? i'll also be taking clen on and off for awhile to take off some fat.
TweetResearch "TB-500". It's the holy grail of healing tendons/ligs/joints by spot injection.
Mix that with your ghrp/cjc, hgh, test or whatever you're going to run. You'll heal in no time! Mk-2866 also has nice healing benefits
Tweetthanks i'll do that
TweetI've never taken a low dose like this and planned on staying on. so should I be taking nolvadex of adex?
TweetWho is she??? Is she your doctor??? If so tell her to go fuck herself. Those are your medical records and she works for you. Get a copy of your labs and go find another doc. I've been down this road. They work for you, and what they say isn't law. That shit pisses me off.
Secondly running 250mg of wk you should be fine without any ancillaries. Myself personally on 200mg a week of cyp my e2 stays normal. The only way to really tell is run it for a month or two and get your e checked. Running a trt dose of test is nothing but beneficial in my eyes. Unless your worried about not wanting to be on the rest of your life. What exactly did you have repaired in your shoulder?? I'm two months post opp for labrum tear and I feel amazing. I have to listen to what the doc says and not touch the weights.
