Tweet2 weeks on 2 weeks off.... start of with one or two tablets and increase the dosage until its hard to control the shakeing. my opinion is similar to pro's... never got much outta clen!

TweetAt 210, probaly 120ish first cycle. On my 4th clen cycle, i ran 240mcg of good chinese clen. Sides were more than fat loss.

TweetI personally like clen along with a cutting cycle like a base test at or around 500mg/wk, EQ and winny. I ramp up to no more than 8 tabs, but that's me. Get used to being shaky and sweaty.
