      your refering to deep tissue massage right?

      how often did you go per week and for what length of time for the masage?

      yes deep tissue message. i do an hour each session 2x per wk. i have them work my quads hams calves one day and back shoulders and triceps the other session. most places are anywhere between 45-100 an hour and it is worth every single penny. tip though if they are putting you in pain then they arent doing it right. you can literally feel them finding knots and moving and popping them and yes it is very very painful. another secret if you want to go that route is to go to a school and let them practice on you. then it is only 10-20 an hour but they are training. i have a lady that i only use and wont let anyone else do it

      Guns you ever do reflexology? They go pretty hard, more Asian medicine based on pressure points but is a cheap alternative to deep tissue. Costs about $25-35.
