Collagen questions.
TweetI started taking glucosamine & chondroitin for my joints the last few days. And I was reading the label today. Glucosamine keeps collagen levels elevated. Wouldn't this be something to take any time you take testosterone? My joints hurt a lot and when I take this it helps. I never put two and two together until I read an article f.I.s.t posted the other day. Thank you for that sir. High levels of test and glucosamin keeps it ample it only makes sense. Am I on the right track. If so I'll take it from now on.
