Tweethahahaha, i pinned human grade prop in my delt one time from an ampule and it hurt so bad I screamed lol.....It swelled up like a baseball for 5 days...I stick to my quads and glutes now...but I find quads are quite painless...HOWEVER, when you do get that painful quad-shot, it is magnified because every time you walk you feel it

I have never had blood squirt out like that before..it would scare the hell out of me
