I am thinking of doing
Weeks 1-6 Dbol 60mg daily
Weeks1-12 test ent 250mg e3d
Weeks 13-14 nothing
Weeks 15-18 nova (tamoxifen) at 40mg/40/20/20
I know this isn't a super crazy cycle as its gonna be my first.
What should I expect from a cycle like this? Is doing Dbol and test together for a first cycle too much?
How much of what I gain should I expect to keep while not on anything.

Tweetlooks good. I did the nova only on first cycle and was fine, I had the clomid also but never used it. this type cycle has been around forever and many have had great success with it. eat sleep and lift heavy my friend .. enjoy
as far as keeping gains.. for me in the end its always diet that will keep or loose my hard earned gains
TweetIf its your first time you could pin e4day and be fine if its your first cycle it'll make your cycle last a lil longer I pin e4d bouta start 3 week and already gettin strong and seeing results nit to mention trying to smash all the time libido through the roof

Tweet60mgs dbols is quite alot brother! I would do 30mgs if i was you trust me! I got gyno from 20mgs and had to surgically remove a lump :P

TweetLess Dbol is less to spend as well so that's fine with me. I thought 60 was pretty average.
My long term goal is 220@10% not sure if that will be achievable with this cycle but I wanna go for it as hard as I can.
How many days a week do y'all lift. I wanna be sure I am lifting as hard as I can without over doing it.

TweetIn all honesty. I would wait until your older. You already a big guy wait until you have reached your natural potential before you juice. What you need is foodadrol. You will be fine just be patient learn to diet and perfect your form.

TweetI'd go 25mg dbol ED, 250mg E4D, 12.5mg Exemestane EOD, Nolva on hand & **** pct (just kidding) im not interested in coming off but you should. if its your first cycle you'll get great gains and you'll probably get really bloated too. I'd recommend test only for a first cycle just so you know what to expect and how to deal with that before you start stacking. You'll see healthy gains off a 500mg week test run alone.
But you've certainly got a decent cycle there for a starter.
