      You gotta eat or you won't grow I eat atleast 6 meals and I'm at about 300÷ grams of protein.       OP of you chose to run your cycle now listen to what heavy hitter said.. you can take all the gear you want unless those other things are in check it will be a waste.. don't get me wrong you will gain size on that cycle but I will bet you will lose most of it.. the down side of doing a cycle and not having those things in check is you will get depressed for having the gains then losing them and then you will quit the gym then when you get more gear you will join back up..

      my opinion when your not on gear is when you need to kick it in the ass and get your ass in the gym and bust ass harder then you did while you were on..i call those type of guys weekend warriors I have personal friends that do this. they get some gear then call me up and want to work out when there cycle is done I don't see them for a few months.. and when there on they skip legs every week. I would bet my pay check on it.. then you hear them ask you why cant I get gains like you or why cant I keep my gains but they don't like what I tell them... as far as eating goes I never really thought much about it until I was in my mid 30's and was doing thai boxing. noticed when I ate like shit and sparred I felt like shit but if I ate good that day man I felt great and would spar and felt great doing it and felt great afterwards..

      Eat big and get good sleep!...250mg enanth on mon and thur and lower ur dbol to 25-30mg ed for 4-5weeks!
      I personally don't agree on waiting till ur 25 or 30,but that's just my opinion.(why wait? what are u waiting on but that's my oppinion).u are a adult! Everyone that posted above gave u honest great replies...U will easily put
      on 20-25lbs and if u eat big do pct and keep training u will prolly keep 12-15lbs...goodluck keep us posted

      heres my input, keep some exemestane on hand, your test and pct looks great, id save the money since youre probably not gonna be able to eat enough food or grow as big as your body wants to as it is on your first cycle, trust me your body wont be able to grow any faster than it will be already be growing on just test. so lift heavy and eat like an animal, save dbol for cycle number 2 or 3. the rest of results is all about keeping everything perfect in diet and giving your body a reason to change, steroids dont make you grow, they make you grow faster. its all about the little details

      Well shit i guess imma make sure my diet is good first then. it would be nice to start my cycle sooner but thats just cause im super excited to get closer to my goal and start seeing serious results from all this hard work.

      Every morning for breakfast i have

      2-3 scoops of whey protein (40-60 grams of protein) a half cup of natural whole grain uncooked oats water and some kind of berries all blended together.

      after workout i have a protein shot of 47 grams of protein.

      am i consuming too much protein at one time while on a heavy lifting routine? like should i spread my protein consumption out a bit over the day?

      breakfast is the only time i really get to blend berries and stuff to make a delicious shake.

      I eat chicken and fish and shrimp to bring my total up to 200-210

      this may seem amateurish question but everywhere i read and look as a completely different answer some saying 30 at a time is max.

      Having to much protein from powder drinks will clog you up then you'll eventually have to go the dr to roto rueter you out. Plus you are adding so manny calories drinking that much you should be getting your protein from foods like you said fish chicken turkey bison. But yes spread it out through the day so your body constantly has protein

      Op I wouldn't be so concerned about protein consumption as I would be with over all. I whey 230 lbs I'm 6 foot tall my Bf% stays around 8% to ten percent. Here are my meals for one day. Meal one 2 cups of fruit juice 12 eggs 1 cup of spinich leaves. That's 4 whole eggs 8 egg whites.
      Meal two. Protein shake and talapis brown rice and broccoli.
      Meal three usually a glass of milk and peanut butter cookie.
      Meal four chicken breast half a sweet potato half cup spinich leaves.
      Meal five protein shake and some cheese and trail mix
      Meal six talapia brown rice broccoli
      Usually I'm so hungry by bed time I eat a bowl of cereal alright a box sometimes.
      I always drink at least a gallon of water. If your diet looks like this you should have some good gains. But lean. This is a maintenance meals when I'm bulking the difference would be I would add pasta and breads because I would be wanting to intake less calories then I was burning. When isaid don't worry about protein intake I should have said from shakes. And bam bam I don't know if it possible to intake so much protein you will need roto rooters to clear you but if you don't need it its one less thing for yoour body to digest. It can focus more on enzymes to carry the ammomut of protein you need to grow. So three shakes a day and a pound or do of meat eggs greens water. That's all you need to grow. I precook meals throw them in the freezer. Pop then in the micro. No excuse not toe eat that way. It takes discipline. You can do it though.

      tuesday is my day off, i am gonna take my money i had for my cycle purchases and go pick up food and shit to get it right.
      I eat jasmine rice with my dinner a lot of the time with a ton of veggies should i be steering away from that?

      and why would the powder/ post workout shot stop me up as oppose to a ton of protein from meat and stuff?
