Tweetlike HH said gear is cheap.. start to buy food that you need to eat then you will spend some money.. go to Costco or sam's club and buy chicken breast.. like others have said protein shakes are good but do not substitute that for a meal... eat eggs, turkey, chicken breast, eat real meals then throw in the protein shakes here and there for extra meals when you need them like on the way to the gym..
you will find eating will be one of the biggest problems you will have when trying to gain weight.. put it to you simple if you want to weigh 250lbs you need to eat like a 250lb man...
