TweetWhy can't we just have a win win lol
TweetTren kicks my ptsd into hyperdrive. Melatonin helps me sleep better but then I don't want to get up in the am. I just suffer through.

Tweetiam wondering if us guys on here don't suffer sleep apnea I do but mild. I might ask my shrink for some restoril or halcion. I know, its a benzo but its getting out of hand here. I have no coverage for shrink so I pay 120$ hr they just cut that insurance out. so I better get something. my luck ill get the 7.5mg of restoril. halcion is stronger then Xanax but it has a short half life that I wont feel hung over from it in am.

TweetI like a product called Sundown Super Snooze. It has melatonin, valerian, hops, chamomile and some other stuff I think. I take two of those before bed and fall asleep quickly. I don't take it on the weekends to avoid a tolerance. Hope this helps!
TweetI currently take benadryl but I have also used ZMA with good results.
A good oscillating fan on a low setting works for a low droning sound to fall asleep to.
Have a couple nightlights on in the house if you wake up to go to the restroom or whatever. Switching on a bright light might trigger your system into an "awake mode" and thus make it harder to fall back asleep.
TweetI work nights so I got the sun for a night light LOL thanks for the advice guys glad its not just me
