I think it messes with hdl not to sure about ldl though. we just lost shine to heart disease so all take the heart protectors niacin anti- flush 1,000mg qd and omega fish oils please to keep our hearts operating at full capacity. your ldl should be no higher then 200 cholesterol and your hdl should be between 40 - 60 . if you get a cbc done and a lipid profile and triglycerides youll know where you stand. go to dr and ask for these blood tests, hey, we don't mind getting our gear levels checked wright?

Tweetomg his is lower then mine was. mine was 8 now I don't know. how did fuzo get it up so much baby? you can have a heart attack if it goes to low and after 50 yrs old which I know hes not but he should get that to 30 at least. best wishes on that.

Tweethdl ldl Im sure its affected a lil in large amounts,but IMO diet and food is a much worse problem than AS!
