TweetLet me know what works lol I need this I get the pms puffy muscle syndrome
TweetDry look just comes from super low body fat. No secrets just gotta get the bf low enough that there is nothing to hold water.
TweetI'm know to be very dry and grainy. Have been that way from my first show in 2000. I rolled into that show stretching a bottle of deca over a 12 week period with proviron. My body fat was down in the 4 range I'm sure.
Now, I'm a BIG believer in starting that diet well in advance of my show 16 to 20 weeks, I will do 1 or 2 shows before the big dance. That forces me to get down. I do not run test very close to shows. Meaning I will cut it out 6 weeks out. Kills the sex life for sure. I'm a BIG fan of the antiE through out the diet along with proviron. I believe in keeping water high and being as dry as possible each morning. I dont add sodium. I like to see WTF I look like each morning. Most that run high sodium keep a large amount of water in the skin till the end.
So I run just winny/masteron the last 8 weeks or so still with antiE and pro. I just get dryer and dryer. The muscle is crazy lean and hard. I get to a point where I could wake up every Saturday morning after running 2.5 gal the day before and go compete and do well. I'm that dry and the body fat is crazy low.
Lastly I think some older muscle just gets dryer then younger muscle.
Get that body fat down and ALL things are possible.
Best of luck,
GC
Tweetthanks gc, I could do it when I was younger but its getting harder getting that dry look. I even wear plastic sweat suits and go to the sauna and treadmill. ill give your idea a shot as your close to my age. I got oily skin anyway. very prone to acne. ill shoot some Lasix 20mg to.

TweetIs this question for a dry look right before competition?
or
A overall dry look in life?
TweetI was assuming competition.
TweetIm over 50 and got the look last year. I'm not a fan of that drastic sauna and plastic sweat suit stuff. I think we have to get the water holding products out of our system period. Tricks at the end are not the answer. The guy that can get the look and just stay consistent all the way to the show will do some slight tweeks in that last week and nail it.
Tweetthere are several ways before a competition GotClen points out that are excellent!....Not sure I should openly discuss
the ways pros I know achieve this in the open....But diuretics, caffeine no sodium are ways...Other means
used are frowened upon to get the job done!
TweetI would give my left nut to hear some of the ways these guys do it. I dont have the balls to do it but I dig this sport and different means to the end
