Painkillers while working out or running?

TweetOk this is not a rec post. But i know alot of u bros have been around. So heres whats up i have a pain in my left knee that is not cureable and it will affect my running and working out. So i was thinking i could take somthing. Advil, asprin ect. help but is there anything better possibly otc but probaly not. So im open to suggestions. btw this is not a REC post in the slightest IMO but mods you are the judges so if you feel it is move it or delete it.

So help my knee bros.

TweetI know a few guys that take nubain and or perks before traning,I tried nubain a few times before traing and it made me dizzy as shit.But forreal u should check with a doc abot your knee,the last thing u want to do is cover up the pain cause all u will end up doing is makin it worst.

Tweetwell in that case I would try to work around using them,bro they can get a hold of u quick,I will admit I have a problem with pain killers,so if u don't need them or can work around them I would.Soon they will be for more than just training no matter what u think,its not worth it IMO.Try something else bro.

makes me drowsy.....but mainly at night when driving. gotta watch out with that shit.

TweetThey make my wide awake and cant sleep for shit,the vic es r good same thing as perks but advil is in them instead of asprin,u could probably get away with 1 5mg perk before trainin,or 1 vik,the nubain had me bent.
