Looking to put on slow lean gains to eventually get up to 195-200
Trained for about 10 years then got side tracked with starting a family, career, etc.. have been back in the gym for 2 solid years at least 5-6 days a week. The way I feel this week I might have to start going a little more. My recovery is amazing.
Diet is good, focus is on lean gains right now so I eat alot of protein working at maintaining 1.5-2 grams per pound of body weight.
The first few pins were tough, shaky hand and poor proceedure on my part caused a infection in my leg and pip. Antibiotic cleared it up and things have gone very good with a steady hand and attention to detail-lol
ANyway was refered to this board by a friend and hope to be able to add what I can and take away some of your experiance and wisdom!

TweetTanks Arx and Baby1, taking 350mg mon/thurs for a total of 700 a week. Also taking AI .5 eod and have letro and ex on hand if needed. Pct is lined up plan on running clomid and tamox for 4-5 weeks. Wasnt able to get HCG so going to have to work without it for now. But at my age I'm also just thinking of blasting and cruising for a while if I can keep my stock full

TweetJust enjoy the ride. Don't throw in more sessions because you are feeling that your recovery is faster. Learn how this first run will treat you and your body. As the saying goes, "this is a marathon, not a sprint..." Take your time, maximize every rep, and learn that mind-muscle connection. 500mg a week for a first timer with dedication to the weights, and a good eating habit can yield tremendous results.
