As to the topic, I think spot injections are usefull to have more sites to rotate, not really for site growth, but that's just my opinion...

5ml = 1 teaspoon; a normal injection doesn't have much fascia stretching capability IMO.

TweetIn response to the original question: My experience is that site injections do not work in the long run to create more muscle growth in specific areas... now this is my experience. However I do site inject because I like the temporary short term swelling they produce. And guys be nice to eachother...
