TweetSounds to me like your buddy is going to be a guinea pig for us!! lol I'm not saying I want to go vegan or become a vegetarian but I think it will be cool to see his results. Keep a close eye on him. There is a fighter in the UFC that's vegan. Also There is a Documentary out called Fork over Knives. It deals with diet and heart disease. You might be surprised at the results in that doc.

TweetSeems counter productive to me. Humans are omnivores. We have pointy teeth and forward facing eyes for a reason, to hunt and eat meat. Our bodies need Vitamin B12 to be healthy, vegans must supplement this. In mind mind, if a certain diet requires supplements to be healthy, that diet is not meant to be. Of course everyone's diet is their choice, but I wouldn't do it....

Taking anabolic substances which promote protein synthesis on a protein deficient diet seems like pi$$ing into the wind........

Lol yes he will be and i watched that with him actually on netflix it was suprising but i dont plan on stopping eating living things ever lol im going to be watching him close.

I agree with you. but i can only lead a horse to water you know what i mean? The only thing i can do now is try my best to make sure hes getting what he needs so he doesnt hurt huimself.
