Tweetummm - like so many other things - it depends. Did the e-mail travel across the internet or was it on a corporate type of internal network? Can you read the headers? Do you have admin access to the server your mailbox is on? If you are trying to track down some random person that sent you an e-mail from an aol or hotmail type of account, it is more than likely not going to happen.
