TweetDude if it's her first go round it will be fantastic. Push her in her training. If she is a clean eater then you will notice the hardness in her muscles if she is lean enough. The thinner the lady or I should say one with lower bf levels show the results. 8 to 10 weeks would be the length of time I would suggest.
