      Thanks Mikey, that makes me feel a lot more accomplished. I'm cruising right along at 250mg cyp. I really don't see an end to it unless work interferes but I don't see that happening.

      I'm trying to cut fat again. I'm down to 2600 calories some light calories. I haven't been running and with this new weight, I'm a lot worse at it. So I'm just tread walking until I can run again.

      I got some dbol and plan on stacking it with the 250 cyp this winter for some mass. I've got some test prop and npp I'm planning on using for a contest cut in April. A lot of shit can happen between now and then so anything can happen.

      Most definitely...you know you can accomplish it because you already started to transform your body...you see now how dropping bodyfat WHILE gaining lean muscle mass is totally attainable...And that porn star compliment was awesome! lol...

      I plan on test p/npp for another cycle myself...I fortunately stay around 10-12% bf year round but can't get too much bigger than 230 at my peak (i'm 6'1, 30yrs old now)...So you can still bulk your ass off and then cut when the time comes...

      Body are truly transformed in the kitchen...so keep the diet in check and you will have the body of a god lol

      Diet is key like mikey said its amazing how important it is and you never really know untill you actually get it in check. You can gain muscle mass while droppping body fat its all in the diet. i dont stay around 10-12% lol so i have to watch what i eat. keep up the good work brother!

      I was just reading all your thread. Looking at the numbers and the BF%. The mild cycle with the bump of winny and calories, I just have to ask what happen with your first goal of getting down to 190# and 15% BF? Today you are sitting at 225 to 230# with a 38" waist with a pinch test of 18.6%BF.

      4-23 208# 24% (goal 190# 15%bf)
      5-22 203# 21%
      6-16 207# 19.2% (scale wt going the wrong way?) BF lower
      7-19 213# 19%
      8-12 225# 19% (body is very anabolic from the winny muscle are volumized)
      8-26 230# BF%? waist 38"
      9-26 225# 18.6% bf

      My suggestion would be to scale back those calories a bit. I'm not so sure you have gained 20# of real new muscle in 5 months. That would take some very intense training and IMO much more aas support. When I say muscle volumizing it is just that filling the muscle up. Do that all over the body and it adds scale weight. What concerns me is that 38" waist while standing 6'1" tall. Caliper skin fold testing can be plus or minus 3 %. Was it a 12 or 14 point caliper test? Or just a few sites.

      IMO again even at 18% BF that is still very high. Wouldn't 210# at 14 or 15% be better?
      Maybe 200# at 10%. You would looked ripped at that %.

      Lastly I will ask if you have posted any photos? From April to Now? If you have I need to look at them. Maybe you have completely transformed. I just get concerned when I see such a high number in scale weight change in a short period of time. Fat comes on FAST muscle comes on slow.

      I'm not trying to be disrespectful here I'm just looking at all the numbers and they dont seem to be adding up to 20# new muscle and 15# of lost fat.

      You very well could be right. I barely know what I'm doing so those are the numbers I've got. I haven't been doing photos this year but I may. I'll have to do an audit between here my bodyspace and my notebook to get all my data on one page. The trainer at the gym have been doing a 4 point test on me since April. I know there are better ways now but I've been sticking with it for consistencys sake.

      9-26 225# 18.6% bf

      No disrespect taken, I'm here to learn

      I got 20 and 15 from the difference in weight and BF from April to September

      April 208lbs 24%
      Sep. 225. 18.6%

      17 lbs gain
      5.4% loss

      24% of 208= 49.92lbs of fat 158.08 lean body mass
      18.6% of 225= 41.85 of fat 183.15 lean body mass

      25.01 difference of lean body mass
      8.01 difference of fat

      I did this math just sitting here. Not sure how I ended up with 20 and 15 before...
      But ultimately this is how I'm working numbers. I'll have to get to my desktop to be able to run an audit with my other data sources.

      So, what is the story of the two photos.? Is one before and is one after?
      I just want to show you adding 20# of lean muscle mass in the time frame for most is not possible. 20# of scale weight yes, Water, lean mass and fat easy to do.
      If you could add 20# of lean mass in a few years in a row just think what your body would look like.?? You would be stacked like a brick shit house. So, I think
      getting that body fat close to 10% then find the right amount of calories to feed your training and muscle growth with very little spilling over to fat. If you can get to
      a 6pack. Then bulk but till you just have a 4 pack. Keep there and continues to work hard. Results will come.

      I like the graphs and the mathematical research done....this is OBJECTIVE, quantifiable data...it is fact and it helps you track progress! I went form 230 down to around 215 and my bf% dropped a few points and now I almost look bigger is what ppl tell me lol....I like this thread, you are an open-minded guy which is important because you can truly benefit from ppl like Clen's advice!

      absolutely, I'm only here to steal you guy's knowledge. Weight is up fat is down, doesn't necessarily mean pure muscle gained but I'm chalking it up as improvement. I ****ing hate those photos lol. It doesnt look like much change but as the data reads I've had some big changes. My chest has blown up I've had to start buying XL shirts. Same with my waist, when I was in Denver I had to clothes shop because I had to unbutton my pants to get through the day at that school. ****ing sucks because I dont have shit for clothes that fit me right now. I didnt think about the timing with that winstrol either. I came back from 4 weeks gone and everyone at work noticed the first day I was bigger than when I left. As long as I keep makin some kind of improvements I'm happy. Thanks for the help guys.

      you know, the best is yet to come brother! You can further tweak your physique as you see fit....modifying your AAS, for example, will produce different results as well...Taking something like Test P and NPP will promote further lean body mass and fat loss...obviously, diet is still crucial here...you can start to incorporate other things as well...Either way, the best is yet to come lol

      I can tell you have more muscle mass, your shoulders and arms are bigger in the second photo. Keep working hard and you will keep making gains. If you keep it up you will have to get your clothes tailored for em to fit right.

      gonna get pinched tonight for bf% but I was too happy to see so much progress I had to post now.
      I started experimenting with prop and anavar. This shit is a deadly combination. 100mg Prop EOD, 50mg Anavar ED, Been running ECA and diet is still the same. This is by far the sweetest progress I've ever made.
