I was just reading all your thread. Looking at the numbers and the BF%. The mild cycle with the bump of winny and calories, I just have to ask what happen with your first goal of getting down to 190# and 15% BF? Today you are sitting at 225 to 230# with a 38" waist with a pinch test of 18.6%BF.
4-23 208# 24% (goal 190# 15%bf)
5-22 203# 21%
6-16 207# 19.2% (scale wt going the wrong way?) BF lower
7-19 213# 19%
8-12 225# 19% (body is very anabolic from the winny muscle are volumized)
8-26 230# BF%? waist 38"
9-26 225# 18.6% bf
My suggestion would be to scale back those calories a bit. I'm not so sure you have gained 20# of real new muscle in 5 months. That would take some very intense training and IMO much more aas support. When I say muscle volumizing it is just that filling the muscle up. Do that all over the body and it adds scale weight. What concerns me is that 38" waist while standing 6'1" tall. Caliper skin fold testing can be plus or minus 3 %. Was it a 12 or 14 point caliper test? Or just a few sites.
IMO again even at 18% BF that is still very high. Wouldn't 210# at 14 or 15% be better?
Maybe 200# at 10%. You would looked ripped at that %.
Lastly I will ask if you have posted any photos? From April to Now? If you have I need to look at them. Maybe you have completely transformed. I just get concerned when I see such a high number in scale weight change in a short period of time. Fat comes on FAST muscle comes on slow.
I'm not trying to be disrespectful here I'm just looking at all the numbers and they dont seem to be adding up to 20# new muscle and 15# of lost fat.
