Tweetpersonally Fuzo, I am on year round for the most part (with some exceptions) but my doses are fairly low and I'm very healthy. I love hcg and use it religiously. After years of experimenting I prefer (again if I'm not planning an OFF period) to blast. I will use whole 5k iu in about 9-12 days depending on how I feel. Sometimes I will just hit 2,500 and wait a few weeks and hit the rest. Blasting protocol seems to work best but I've read a lot in the other direction about only using 250-500 daily. I do use this protocol if I know I'm going to be off and will just hit hcg daily until my clearance times and hcg clearance closely match.
