Damn this is hard core!!!!
the longest cycle I have ever ran was probably 11 months of intense shiiit. Complex and very heavy---was averaring 3000mgs EW. I went from 198 to 248 in those months.
Right at this moment I am going out of control again for 10 months pre contest. But I don't pressume to go over 2500 of steady test EW for a good 24 weeks.
I am going to through the book at this one and be really creative.
I am also ready for GH at this point for the first time in 18 years of lifting. So it should be interesting for sure.

TweetOk let me explain. I've been on for close to 35 years. Yes you are reading that right. The first 10 to 15 years I always cycled. Pretty much any cycle you can think of I've done. I've always been followed by doctors. The last 20 years have been non-stop. Why? I shut my system down to the point I can't really go off. I run about 1,000 to 2,000mg per week. I do sometimes go lower but anything less then 1,000mg doesn't help. Now I have competed in powerlifting for almost as long. I was pretty good for a long time. Always rated in the top 100 in Powerlifting USA. I went from 180lbs in collage all the way up to about 270 lbs. I would never change what I did. I wanted to see how far I could go in the sport. Years ago a guy who worked with alot of pro's gave me some great advice, "he said if you start with big cycles and large amounts where are you going to go 15 years from now." So I guess what I'm trying to say is take your time. Cycle on and off. Slowly over time you will have to move up. Only take the amount that works for you. Well I hope this helps some of you guys. Look I'm 56 I still love to lift and hopefully compete again, but all the injuries and operations might not let me. Stay Strong
Tweetgood advice there makes a lot of sense^ i guess a lot of us start out doing aas because we want to be bigger stronger faster and better looking then all the other guys and faster then them, its the alpha male thing so following that advice may be hard for some if not all of us at one piont or another in our lives. i did not make this thread so we can try to top each others longest cycles lol i was juts curious to see who follows the "unwritten book" or who kind of makes there own rules. imo its good to follow the standard rules of cycles but as katelly said everyone is differnt. some guys can run 8-10 week cycles and there killer. me on the other hand 12-16 weeks is usually a great sweet spot for me.
Tweetall i can say is wow, the longest ive done has been 16 weeks and like 2 cycles a year maybe and most of my cycles have been 10 to 12 weeks, never crossed my mind to roll that long like some of you guys. but it does now lmao. i do agree with the small doses and work you way up.
Give It Everything You Got
TweetI can tell olded is going to be a great addition to all of us, ill be 47 and I been on non- stop 22 yrs, but I don't blast all the time but 20 yrs I have blasted heavy gear and about 2 yrs bridged. so I never come off I cant or I get severe depression.

TweetThe longest for me was three weeks of eg at 200mg. I was so jacked. Even had a vein showing on my calf.
Squats make the world go round.
TweetMy longest is my current cycle. I've been on for fifteen months so far. I've changed compounds about every eight weeks.
TweetI should add that my last blood work showed liver and kidney stress. So I will be backing off and at least take a month off here in the next week or so.
