      Default Tren and Injuries

How many of you guys got injured pushing weight your first time on tren? I did, and it sucked. I got strong quick, I mean 3-4 weeks quick, and I don't think my body had time to catch up. Both pecs went pop pop pop, luckily I was able to rack it. I was on 400mg of ace a week.

      Anybody else?

      Not me..........

      I lie.
      750 test/800 tren
Became freaky strong by my standards fast. Next time I will go slower increasing weights, but 585 to 635 dead lift in two weeks is FUN. Snapping your lat is not.

Years ago I decided I was tired of injuries from gear strength increases so I'm very cautious and increase rates much slower...still train balls to the wall but there are always other things to pay attention to like form, execution, growth, exercise sequence etc etc that can keep you from stapling your balls to the wall just to increase the weight!

not when you injure yourself. Like everything once you stop training, its bound to disappear. If you can keep injury free and train like normal, the gains are not going anywhere. Obviously once you are off cycle you might lose some, but you will probably be stronger than when you started.

Tren will make you strong, no doubt about that. Like 6p6 mentioned, increase your weight slowly and you should be in the clear. I think the next time I jump on tren it will be for high reps to avoid the heavy weight and lower reps...

My summer run on tren I kept everything in the 12 rep range primarily...no injuries.
