I ran tren a, 400 a week then increased to bout 600 then lowered dose, girlfriend was noticing, sleepness, and of course my body was changing (she was not a fan of PED)...wow...sides hit me...sleep issues but the gains were sick! I got down to 292 with 15%bf. Diet is key...but during that cycle I managed to bench 555 and squat 665x3...It was my first time on it...have to say it was goooooooooood...and I am 41. So, It was nice to get to the lifting numbers when I was in my late 20-early 30s.
