I got down to 292 with 15%bf. Diet is key...but during that cycle I managed to bench 555 and squat 665x3...It was my first time on it...have to say it was goooooooooood...and I am 41. So, It was nice to get to the lifting numbers when I was in my late 20-early 30s.
555lbs? Holy shit, that's like the back end of a Toyota!

Tren is definately not a compound someone should use until they have some cycle experience under their belt. You want to learn how you will handle compounds as you go. This way you will have an idea of what's doing what when you are using certain things and if an issue arises it can be properly addressed. Tren is harsh all around and it's very hard to recover from. I've seen people not fully recovered after 6 months after running tren. A first tren run with 300-400mg should produce some great results if it's properly dosed and diet is in check. More is not always better and if you can achieve almost identical results with 400mg as you can with 600mg then logic would dictate go with the lower dose to keep sides minimal in the process. This principal can be invoked with any compound. Why run 1G of test when you can achieve great results on 600mg? It should be a progressive process in upping doses.

I'm already on TRT. I'm not worried about recovery.

It's not just about natty test levels recovering. Tren affects many other things as well. It will destroy you lipds for one.
