TweetJust started my cycle today and first time on dbol gonna be do 50mg a day. Is it better just take all at once or split the dose.?
TweetDbol has a half life of about 8 hours from what I understand, that is why most recommend splitting the dose and I have done this in the past with good results. But in the last 2 years or so, I have also dosed it at 50mg one time daily (always at the same time of day) and have not seen any difference. I have also noticed that with one time a day dosing that I seem to hold less water which dbol is notorious for.
Up to you how you run it, just wanted to add some input.
TweetIt's actually closer to 4-6 hour half life...so splitting the dose 4x throughout the day would be best.. but I've done 2x per day quite often with great results.
Tweet2x a day worked well for my guinea pigs but they also hit it one time a day about 2 hours prior to training and saw no difference in either method

Tweeti've tried all kinds of doses times and i don't see much difference besides taking it all about an hour and a half before my workout i get better pumps.
having said that 50mgs of d-bol is an over kill bro for your first time. i used it for just about every cycle and never needed more than 35-40mgs. you should try 25-30mgs ed and you'll get all the benefits d-bol has to offer.

TweetNormally I dose the dbol at 25mg a day for the first week due to blood pressure spikes but usually after 5 or 6 days it levels off and I bump up to 50mg per day. I also like to split doses just don't take it close to bed time it may keep you up at nite. Good luck with it
