TweetIt sounds like your doses are somewhat low IMO. As far as you weighing 175 in the morning and then 180 at night, well that's because of all the food you've eaten through out the day kid. It seems also that you might not be eating enough, protein that is. You getting enough sleep? How's the training? 2-3 glasses of whatever is not enough, you need ot drink at least 1.5-2.0 gallons of water a day, I drink that even when I'm off.
