      ok not too low, but i dropped down to 200g of carbs a day, since monday, and I damn near fall asleep at work. Im cranky, and Test usually makes me feel like i just got laid for the first time in 10 years or something. I know its in my head, but i swear soemtimes i can see my body shrinking in the mirror. Ive lost about 3 lbs in 3 days, due to a little cardio, and I dropped a bit of water from lowering carbs. Right now im just running 100mg ed of TNE, and 75mg of Tren (mild for me). Any sort of supplement i can take to help with mood? 5-HTP? Im already on anti-depressants, i know carbs produce a chemical that makes you feel good, so im guessing its the lack of carbs that make me feel like everyone is an asshole, and everyone is a bad driver.

      Im on a low carb as well.....what I usually do is I sleep a little extra, like an hour earlier than usual when I can, and have coffee in the mornings to get me goin, and coffee in the mid afternoon.......But the main thing is I rest more than when I eat normally...

      Funny you mention this. This off season i went off with the junk food so i had to start my diet 16 weeks out so i jumped right to 150 grams of carbs. I've been doing this for a few weeks and i can notice a small change but a guy broke the camels back yesterday when he tells me out of no where "your getting smaller" dirty bastard......i was going to start my cycle in 5 weeks but fuck it, i'm starting monday !

      I always take 5HTP when im doing my cutting phase....i feel it really helps my keep my head straight during strict dieting... i recommend it

      200 carbs is ALOT for a low-carb diet. I have to go under 80 to have even a remote chance of reaching ketosis. If you're suffering on 200 carbs I'd say your total calorie intake or your fat intake is too low. You may want to add some flaxseed or MCT oil in the morning.
      For me, I feel fine on low carbs all day UNTIL my workout. Then I miss the short term energy big time. My energy during the day is much more even because I don't get that post-carb insulin rush that makes me want to take a nap. If I drink a coke at lunch I'm guaranteed to wanna pass out an hour later.

      Im not trying to reach ketosis, my fat intake is actually around 150g of PB, Flax, avocados, etc.

      a significant part of muscle size is stored glycogen. you get that from carbs. that's why we get full and vascular when we replenish carbs after depletion. when i cut carbs, i shrink. period. i eat plenty of carbs, unless i'm getting ready for a show. eat a big bowl of frosted flakes. you'll feel better

      Optimum Amino 2222 Caps, it's full of DLPA, which I find much better than 5-HTP, I take two with every meal, also find best postworkout is high glycemic carb, rather than low, other wise feel even more sluggish
