200 carbs is ALOT for a low-carb diet. I have to go under 80 to have even a remote chance of reaching ketosis. If you're suffering on 200 carbs I'd say your total calorie intake or your fat intake is too low. You may want to add some flaxseed or MCT oil in the morning.
For me, I feel fine on low carbs all day UNTIL my workout. Then I miss the short term energy big time. My energy during the day is much more even because I don't get that post-carb insulin rush that makes me want to take a nap. If I drink a coke at lunch I'm guaranteed to wanna pass out an hour later.
