      with me it is always a battle of mass vs cuts. I get big, gain fat... Get cut lose muscle....

      Im just finished week 3 of fina-test-dbol cycle... Im sick of getting big... I don't want to get any bigger, i just need to get ripped now. I'm 5"9 210lbs 10%bf

      Im running that cycle with arimidex... I got r-ala, nyc, yohimburn, and my homemade eca stack

      I got my diet right, training right, cardio 4-6 times/wk.

      what else do i need? I want to get under 6%bf... Ive tried my ass off for over 3 years to get there and never have... What am i missing... Give me some tips, pointers, anything to help me cross that threshold.

      2 questions...1 is your diet REALLY right? to get below 10% i have to cut out all sugars, including fructose and lactose. i might eat an apple with breakfast, but not even that precontest. 2 are you holding a lot of water? test/d-bol make me hold water, smooth me out. I'd finish the cycle and go ahead on about the business of growing. don't tell me you are sick of growing. that's bullshit. growing is what we do. if not, stop the cycle, and get your diet truly in order. if ya wanna look great, ya gotta eat great.

      when i say diet is right, i mean it is right on. When I'm taking the ala i have a little more carbs than normal, but i dont ever have sugar.

      This is an average day for me

      breakfast: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, fat free cheese, and veggies. Plus flax pills

      Snack: 2 myoplex no carb shakes

      Lunch: Chicken Breast or pork tenderloin, or fish with sometimes rice(with ala) or protein chips(1 bag 40g prot, 3 carbs)

      Snack 2: 2 more myoplex no carb shakes or low carb prot bar

      Dinner: Lean Cusine, plus another 4oz of lean meat. Corn, beans, or sweet potato

      Post workout shake: low carb shake, with 10oz milk

      Anytime i eat carbs i down r-ala... I guess i could cut out the milk in the protein shake, the myoplex shakes are mad with water... Should i cut out any more of those carbs even with the r-ala?

      And no i am taking 1.5mg arimidex ed and i have no extra water...
      What do you think?

      id throw some more fat in that diet...good fats....add a source to every meal....from flax....olive oil....natural pb...and CLA***...EFA'S TURN YOUR BODY INTO A FAT BURNING MACHINE!!!(i dont really talk like that ..lol) also what kind of cardio are you doing?

      Good fats, cut out milk, get some dextrose instead, 6% bf is extremley hard to get to, most guys who think they are 9 or 10% are really 12-13%. I get under 10% and Im happy, im not competing so wtf.

      it doesn't really matter exaclty what bodyfat i get to, it more goes by looks. Thats just my perception of where i want to be

      If you do get to 6%, you have awesome genetics, and are better than 95% of the people on here.

      I just read your first post again 1.5mg of Arimidex?!?!?

      Overkill, waste of money, too much. 1mg ed is too much unless your running 1.5 grams of prop. Your chloresterol is super shitty right now i bet.

      Oh, drop the Lean Cuisune, that thing is so processed, and loaded with sodium, check out the label, this should cut out a lot of possible water retention.
