      is test 250 same as sustenon? you lost me so i shouldnt do the winny and anavar at all? i figured do it last 2 weeks and the hgh nothing? i tryed 2 iu didnt do much should i do 4 iu a day? Can i do 750 a weeek of test? like monday wendsay friday?

      i get the aromasin is 12.5 enough tho? Im worried that as im def not 25% bf now i see that i need to take more as the fatter you are the more the test goes estrogen and bloating ?

      thanks again for the advice im new here and this helps alot.

      Sust is a blend of different Test esters compared to say a Test E, Test C, or Test P which is all 1 hormone. People like to pin sus every 3 days or even every other day I've seen. My first run was with sus, but that was short lived because I didn't do a lick of research.

      Is this your first time with AAS? If so keep it simple, stick with what Dath laid out for you which was 2 (1cc) injects a week on Monday and Thursday. Also follow his suggestions with the aromasin, everything he laid out for you is tried and true.

      As far as the growth goes there are other's with more experience and knowledge in that field then I do, so I will let them chime in on that.

      Your welcome brother !! Honestly this is why guys on GOOD boards such as fitness geared are here man to help man.

      I wouldn't waste the anavar-typical dose of this is 70-100 Mgs ED for 6 wks
      The winny is a great compound and considering using on the back end if your cycle is the right idea. But i think it's more of a competition compound-results are best seen at 10% or less BF, 50-100mgs ED 4-6 wks

      Personelly if you can get enough Sust to pin 3 days a wk that would more ideal do to the different esters EZ spoke of.
      750 a wk is a fine amount but would be better to know your previous cycle history.

      I don't have a lot of experience with GH-here's the basics though. A course is best ran for a length of 6 mths, 2ius is a fine place to start at for 3 wks roughly and see how the sides effect you and working to increase up to 4-6 ius ED within 6-8
      wks of beginning your run. The amount of ius may vary depending on muscle mass goals, fat Loss goals.
      Someone else will chime in here to set the record straight.

      The 12.5 Mgs aromasin dose is a starting point, and very well need to be increased especially if sides show up....
      Ultimately the only way to know if your AI dose is correct is to have blood work drawn after being on for awhile and checking estrogen (E2) levels.

      if this is your fist cycle pinning, than i would suggest running 400-500 test enath a week.... pin 1 ml mon and 1 thurs.
      drop the rest of what you have becouse its not enough...
      change your diet!!! thats 70% of this!!
      change your workouts!!! 1 body part a day, 9-12 rep range, 90sec rest between sets.... 4 or 5 excersizes per body part for large groupr, 3 or 4 excersizes for smaller groups.

      i started doing this at about 35% bodyfat in 2004....i was able to get into the best shape of my life at the time doing it this way... prboboly dropped to about 20% bodyfat FAST...nutrition was huge!! i cut all carbs after 5pm, but made sure to take in protien right up until i went to bed (casin protien shake before bed)
      no sugery carbs, white breads, startches....just yams, rolled outs, whole wheat breads....and 1gram of protien per lb of wieght, divided by 6-7 meals though out the day!
      work your azz off in the gym!! no rest!!! keep it moving.....
      good luck bro...you need more test for this as well...20 amps is 10 weeks.... my first cycle was 14weeks.

      i would not stop the going on this board you wont find one better, with that said, i would just diet and do cardio and eat clean to drop a few lb first then hit the gear but drop some weight first. you got nice size arms so by the time you lose some weight you can save for your gear, maybe take some cytomel/ t3 to help but eat extra protein to as t3 takes away weight but also depletes your muscle stores of protein. iam not being a dick but iam at 14% bf now and got some love handles but iam hitting cardio hard. take in all info givemn and choose which one fits you brother. these guys are good to learn from so give it a closed mouth and open ear to start and believe me your on your way. i wish u the best brother.

      Without the dedication to get your bf in check with standard dieting/cardio, how do you propose to keep gains on your cycle? I'm sorry, give yourself a solid background with a decent eating and cardio plan. Save your juice, and be ready to hit it once you achieve a goal you set for yourself.

      Your picture shows that you have some thickness, but you're also very soft. I'm not trying to discourage you, but rather set you up mentally to be rewarded when you look in the mirror and you can see why you're smashing your old goals in the gym.

      I like a three part plan. Get your diet in check for a month solid without exception. While doing that, find a cardio program that works for you, and stick to that for the next month while still dieting. During the third month, get that lifting down, work your sets and reps and make notes of weights and workloads. Write everything down.

      During the next three months (4,5,6) all three processes are running concurrently, fine tune what's working and what isn't. You need that foundation of behavior. The drugs will help, they'd help you now. But what happens after the drugs are gone? When it's just you and nothing to shoot up or pop? Because brother, nothing's forever, believe me.

      It is the first time pinning tho . I started the ai man it's drying me out like crazy I'm not looking for the super ripped up look I don't think that's doable I just need to grow size it helps pulling a trans out a car. Lol this Ai is drying my skin making it itchy I think I may have waked my hormones out with the pills way back as my estrogen is obviously lower and see my mood has gotten much better happier even. Ill be starting on thursday with my first inj then well see where I go from there . Thanks guys
