TweetGreat question my friend.Never really kept track of this while on cycle but I know mine has never been out of range according to my doc or at least he's told me of any concern from it according to my lab tests.

With that being said,I do feel you need to watch what you consume and adjust many of your eating habits more so when cycling than not so I guess this would be no different.

TweetI don't believe its the gear that changes glucose as much ad the food that's eaten while using gear. Most people are bulking while using gear. The constant intake of carbs will cause a higher fasting blood glucose over time which we all know is bad. Many things you can do to help avoid this though. Just my opinion based on a good bit of research.
