Tweetyeah, at first i thought it was a little much, but i wasnt sure. I didnt have too many opinions to get. kind of a last minute deal.
so with what ive done already - day 1-7 , 6tabs(2-2-2) days 8-10, changed to 6 tabs(3-3) and Omna- day 1, 250-day 4, 250- day 8,250 - you guys are suggesting that 250 every 7 days would be plenty - then take it for 10 wks? Wouldnt the ten weeks raise chances of side effects? Also, on the Dbol tabs, is there any advantage to taking them 2 hours prior to workout? Or should i spread them througout the day?
And also, Im a little confused on diet - any sugggestions for that?
TweetFor the dbol, take 2 in the morning, 2 90 min pre workout, and 2 at night. That's how I'd do it, at least.

6 d-bols spread out throughout the day for 4~5 weeks.
Make sure u have clomid
Make sure u have nolvedex.
and some liquidex if u can afford it.
take milk thistle for the d-bol
drink lots of water,
throw in two low carb protien shakes, one at 10:30am
one before bed,
eat six tmes a day.
eggs
chicken
fish
cow
veggies
potatoes
corn tortillas
brown rice
